If Walter Hall was to tell us exactly the same information that the blurb does in his Narrator voice, how would that look?
Walter Hall sounds like a university dormitory, just saying – it’s only the 3rd line in your current blurb that removes the ambiguity.

Do the basic initial formatting, like you did.
Click on Aa – there’s basic Bold and Italic there,
For the boxes (and the Courier font), click on the </>
To make the blocks distinct hit RETURN.
I can’t work out how to re-join the blocks so get the basic formatting done first, otherwise you will be forced to cry and start again.
