Terms & Conditions of Academy Enrollment:
The commitment to the Academy is for a minimum of 12 months.
Your membership will continue after 12 months unless you cancel prior to your first year anniversary date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Academy is a place for writers to thrive, grow and dream big. We ask all Academy members to be courteous, encouraging and supportive of their fellow peers.
If you choose monthly payments, you have enrolled for a minimum of 12 months. Your membership starts on the day of registration and an auto-pay subscription will bill your card on the same day of each subsequent month.
After 30 days, all course fee instalments will continue to be deducted whether you discontinue the course for whatever reason. If your instalments are not up-to-date and we do not hear from you, all course fee instalments owed will become due for payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any changes in your personal circumstances or work commitments.
We have a code of conduct for participation in the Community to create the most encouraging and supportive environment. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Community to a member who chooses to act in a disruptive or disrespectful way.
You will retain access to the Academy and all the online course and app materials for the duration of your Academy enrollment.
We reserve the right to change Academy content and coaching dates from time to time if necessary. There will also be time when the Academy undergoes upgrades and maintenance.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee full refund during the first 30 days after your Academy commencement. To cancel, you must email email@example.com no later than 11:59pm UCT on day thirty of commencement.
If you need to cancel within 30 days, and were awarded a scholarship, this will be null and void. (For the avoidance of doubt this means you won’t receive the cash value of the scholarship).
