All three are pretty good as far as giving me information about your story. Personally, I like a combination of 1 and 3, like this:
It’s the 1990s in Northern England and young Oliver Scott is confronted by lawlessness when the nightmares of the sixteenth century plunge into his comprehensive school. Now, before everything is torn apart, Oliver and his two allies must turn the tide on an onslaught of myths and men whose only desire is to rule the world.
I tend to like as much detail as possible in these hooks, but I realize that the purpose is to be only as specific as you need to be to pique the reader’s interest, so it’s possible my combining your hooks #1 and #3 is making it too complicated.
