    Hi everyone,

    I’m Jac, and I live in Milton, a village just north of Cambridge, UK.

    I’ll read pretty much anything although my favourite genres are historical fiction and crime thrillers. Anything that has strong characters, a twisty plot and keeps me guessing is fine.

    It’s hard to pin down my favourite authors, although I have to mention Ursula K Le Guin and J R R Tolkien whose books got me into writing in the first place. Others include Dorothy L Sayers, C J Sansom, Susannah Gregory, and more recently, Jacob Ross.

    I’ll be working on my Victorian crime thriller in the Academy. It needs an ending and then a total rewrite to dirty it up.

    My biggest dream, after coming up with a killer ending for the above, is to find an agent, get published, and write the rest of the series.
